Getting started
Parents and students are welcome to contact me directly. A short email, call or text is enough to begin.
Rates
Private online lessons are $40–$60 CAD per hour. We agree on the exact fee, lesson length and schedule before beginning.
Arrange a first lesson
Tell me the student's grade or English level, what they need help with and a few possible meeting times. If you live outside Toronto, please include your time zone.
I will suggest a starting point and available times. An assignment, writing sample or teacher feedback can be helpful, but none is required for an initial enquiry.
Keeping in touch
Once we begin, we agree on the student's priorities, a regular lesson time and a useful way to keep in touch. I provide progress updates, review feedback from school and discuss changes to the work or schedule as needs arise.
