Hi Parents,
I offer weekly, one-to-one English lessons in reading, writing, literature and communication for students in Grades 4–12 in Canada and overseas.
My experience includes teaching and curriculum development at Seneca Polytechnic, where I have taught since 2013. Read About Mike for my educational background and approach.
In my weekly lessons, I help students understand readings, write clear sentences and paragraphs, develop essays, strengthen their spoken English and keep up with school assignments.
Between lessons, I keep in touch with families about progress, schedules and what needs attention next.
I have experience working with a wide variety of learners. Lessons can include help with planning, organization and completing work.
Parents and students are welcome to contact me directly. Tell me the student's grade or English level, what they need help with and a few possible meeting times. We can discuss a starting point, available times and the fee before beginning.
Sincerely,
Mike
